Fixed-fee service

Sorted For Tax Reset is a fixed-fee service. The fee covers the review, organisation work, missing-items assessment, and preparation of the Tax Ready Pack.

When refunds may be considered

Refunds may be considered where:

  • payment was taken in error
  • the service cannot reasonably be delivered
  • a duplicate payment was made
  • a cancellation is requested before meaningful work has started

When refunds may be reduced or refused

Once work has started, a full refund may not be available. This is because the service includes time spent reviewing submissions, organising records, checking gaps, and preparing outputs.

Customer responsibility

To complete the service properly, you may need to provide documents, clarifications, or missing items. Delays caused by missing information can affect delivery.

If the customer goes silent

If a customer stops responding or does not provide key information needed to continue, Sorted For Tax may pause the job and close it after a reasonable period.
